Patiently Awaiting The Meteorite

Built on the friendship of this trio of accomplished musicians, PATIENTLY AWAITING THE METEORITE is the latest project of Dee and the Grand Brothers. The three lads worked together in 2006 when the brothers produced tracks for Dee’s second album. This collaboration planted the seeds of a solid relationship and 10 years later P.A.T.M. performed their first show in Toronto.

Following an EP, the band was awarded the 'Juried Sound Recording' grant from FACTOR, for the recording and promoting of "Canyon Diablo". Fast–forward to the spring of 2018, the first single Electrified, released with a mesmerizing video (made of over 15 000 stop-motion photos utilizing the “Light Painting” technique) passed 106,000 views on YouTube and the single made the 'Playlist Of The Week' on Apple Music. The second single Strange Intuition was released October 19, 2018, premiering on Darryl Sterdan's Tinnitist, and was soon added on the Stingray 'Loud' channel. Strange Intuition and Electrified have continuously charted in the Top 25 on Stingray Alternative up to now. P.A.T.M. was recently nominated for GAMIQ’s Best Indie Rock Album category.

The album Canyon Diablo was the' Featured Album Of The Week' on Generation Next LIVE on 94.9 The Rock radio. PATM’S singles have been aired on a regular basis on commercial rock stations such as CILV 88.5 FM Ottawa, THE VERGE, SIRIUS XM, and 106.9 The Wolf. Patiently Awaiting The Meteorite launched their live show and with a vinyl release in late 2018 at Le Ministère in Montreal, kickstarting a series of events. Since then more than forty blogs and online magazines in the UK, USA, France and Canada have welcomed the band’s first two singles and debut album with extremely high praise.

Now the band is back with a fresh video and their third release 'Devil's In My Car' and upcoming performances including Indie Week in Toronto, Canada November 13-17.
